TRACE is a 420-acre project located along the I-35 Business Corridor at the Posey Road interchange, mid-way between Austin and San Antonio. The development includes approximately 1,000 single-family residential, 850 multi-family, commercial, retail and corporate office space.
The TRACE mixed-use plan includes a business park or corporate campus office on a 43-acre site with up to one million square feet of commercial or office uses; a nine-acre neighborhood retail site; and a 13-acre community retail site with I-35 access and frontage.
