Project Overview

Oso Ranch is a 57 acre site located at the terminus of Oso Road, nestled along the foothills in the heart San Juan Capistrano. Oso Ranch provides much needed affordable housing in the City, and is zoned as the “Oso Ranch Planned Community (ORPC)”. ORPC allows up-to 67 single-family units and 403 multi-family units (plus 200 affordable housing units), subject to the City & governmental final approval. Oso Ranch will be designed to complement the natural settings that surround the site, and add to the unique character of San Juan Capistrano. Included within the property is approximately 18-acres zoned Public Institutional to be improved and deeded back to the City.
