Project Overview

In 2019 Highpointe acquired a 71 acre tract within The Groves Specific Plan – a master plan we have been deeply involved in since its conception in 2017. “Phase III at The Groves” consists of 15.9 acres of open space/parks, 165 apartment units, 163 single-family lots, and 171,000 SF of commercial zoning. The Groves is located centrally between Loma Linda and Redlands and is adjacent to the Veterans Ambulatory Care Center. Residents are well positioned to access strong local San Bernardino employment hubs and are within just a few miles of world class hospitals and regional educational institutions. In addition to the strong local jobs market Loma Linda also allows convenient commuter access to Riverside, LA, and Orange Counties via the I-10 and I-215 and 91 freeways.
