Project Overview

Highpointe is currently entitling and is under contract to purchase approximately 384 apartment units in the City of Palm Desert off Monterey Ave, in the heart of the Coachella Valley. The development will break ground by the end of 2022 and will offer 384 Class A garden style apartment units. The site is centrally located in the Coachella Valley and offers quick access to the I-10 freeway and high quality retail via Monterey Avenue. The Coachella Valley is one of the most active single-family housing markets in Riverside County and is currently severely short on apartment projects. Highpointe will be poised to take advantage of historically low vacancy rates in the greater Coachella Valley and bring much needed housing to a supply constrained market.
